Many of us can experience feelings of a lack of emotional wellbeing and happiness. This could be caused by a number of issues such as a crisis in your family, personal loss, an addiction or a difficult situation at work. It is not unusual for issues to arise in the course of our life that affect our emotional wellbeing. Sometimes, despite a strong network of family and friends, we need professional counselling and psychotherapy to help us get through these tough challenges.

Counselling and psychotherapy can make a difference by helping you to tap into your strengths to cope with, and resolve the problem(s), that you are faced with. It is our job to help you find the emotional wellbeing and happiness that you deserve. The therapist and client work together to find long lasting solutions for positive change in your life. 


The Therapy Room welcome self-referrals as well as referrals from other health care professionals. We regularly work with children, adults, seniors, families and groups.
